Membership Payment

This form can be used to make Membership payments.

You will need to enter your five digit Member Number below, which is shown on the Renewal Notice that was mailed to you or e-mailed separately (New and Reinstated). You will also need the three character Access Code which is shown on the Renewal Notice or e-mailed separately (New or Reinstated).

Check the type of membership and the period.

When you press "Continue" you will be taken to a secure page on our credit card processor gateway.

In the Last Name field, enter the MEMBER Name. In the next fields enter the CARD HOLDERS Billing Street Address OR P.O Box number, Zip Code and email address (in order to receive an automated receipt). Note: the Billing Address is often NOT the mailing address for the member.

In the Miscellaneous Box you may enter any other information such as member's mailing address or email that needs to be changed.

The Billing street address and postal code are used to perform what is known as Address Verification Service (AVS). The credit card gateway checks to see that the first numeric field in the street address, and the postal code are the same as are on file by the card issuing bank. The check criteria is that either must agree. There is also a Fraud Firewall in place that will reject a card from select foreign countries. If your card is rejected, contact us by email. Also, please note that the address that is shown on your receipt is the information entered above and NOT your Society address.
