Our First Major FDI (Integrity Management Survey) with 3D Recon – Lessons Learned

During Oct we imaged 419 structures, generated pseudo videos with conventional overlays for all structures and generated high resolution, spatially correct models for 50 of the larger structures. This took 18 days of vessel time, dock to dock and under 9 days of ROV time at depth. We learned a lot! This presentation will provide an overview of the planning, equipment installation, data acquisition and processing with a detailed discussion on lessons learned – and we are still learning.
